Nanamica launches limited THE NORTH FACE Purple Label capsule
The brand releases a limited run of modern, marine-themed pieces for Spring 2022
This spring, nanamica will release a limited capsule collection of THE NORTH FACE Purple Label pieces for sale through the nanamica online store.
Produced exclusively for the nanamica store, the limited capsule borrows heavily from nautical themes; with classic navy stripes and simple ivory white workwear pieces featuring outdoor details throughout - some of the perrenial design characteristics of the Japanese label.
The trail jacket, nine-quarter length wide tapered cut pants, and overalls all feature design elements from THE NORTH FACE Purple Label Mountain Parka, such as flap pockets and the use of the label's own weatherproof 65/35 bayhead cloth. The pieces all feel relaxed and wearable - nothing is too technical or overdone here.
The coloring for the capsule is predominantly composed of ivory/white and navy blue, with a contrasty acid yellow used on the Pocket Camp Shirt thrown in as an accent to the traditional nautical palette.
For accessories a traditional pattern Bucket Hat, a Large Waist Pack, and a Field Day Pack - all in the ivory/white colorway will be available as part of the capsule.
The collection will be on sale in Japan from Saturday 19 March 2022 at nanamica's directly managed store locations, as well as the nanamica ONLINE STORE.
